FX Racing Sees New Developments in the New Year

San Diego, California

After battling through a challenging year in 2009, FX Racing is poised to grow to new levels in the New Year remaining focused on its core business of karting.  The team went on a short hiatus in mid-2009 in the pits of the economic downturn; however momentum is building for a strong comeback.

“We are really excited about the new year.  The SuperNationals in November really set an all-time high with Michael Schumacher and other stars in attendance – really validates what Tom Kutscher has built with SKUSA,” explained FX Racing chief Frank Bain.  “The ProMoto Tour is really great to have back in the cards, can’t wait to see the first event in Sonoma.

The team is currently pursuing elements of its 2010 structure and plan to announce details of their operations soon.

“We have some really strong drivers that we’ve worked with over the years along with some very strong partners.  We’re looking to take our team to the next level with a few new partners and opportunities,” Bain continued.

FX Racing scored championships in 4 of the last 5 seasons, most notably with Philip Conte claiming two ProKart Challenge titles in both V2 and S4.  The team plans to continue its focus on SKUSA’s stock moto formula in both regional and national competition, while also developing an effort specifically for the Rotax Max Challenge.
